Suitable for a large public

Claresse is an excellent sustainable replacement for white fish sorts such as cod, sole and plaice. Claresse is delivered skinless and boneless in two kinds of fillets: of 100-200, 200-300 and of 300-400 grams a piece.

The fish can keep for as many as ten days! Claresse is also delivered frozen, in different sizes and trimmed or packaged by the customer's specifications. The fine structure is an important distinguishing point of Claresse, as much as the so-called v-cut caused by the careful removal of the fish bones.

Easy and affordable

The colour of Claresse is a white-pink, and after preparation it turns a beautiful white. Claresse is easily prepared in many different ways: baked, steamed, grilled or on the BBQ. It has a firm, tasty tender bite and is therefore perfect for French or Eastern cuisine. Claresse can also be easily used in Italian dishes.
